My Take -> Packers Mock Draft

Greetings, G-Force.

I hope this writing finds you and yours both healthy and safe. Wild times, we are living. Unfortunately, I did not have time to write a draft blog this year. Instead, I’m just going to post my prediction for this years draft.

As I write, I listen to Bob Marley’s Legend album. I’ve been mostly listening to Marley and the Beatles through most of the quarantine. I’m presently sipping an Old Rasputin Russian Imperial Stout. And, by sipping, I mean slugging.

It’s my firm belief that the Packers should trade down. Gutekunst needs to add bodies to this roster. In a perfect world, he’d select a minimum of 13 players. I’d try to maneuver to stack 5 picks in rounds 2-4. The Packers currently have 3. If Gutekunst feels the need to trade up, I hope it’s for Justin Jefferson, WR, LSU.

Here is my official 2020 Packers Mock Draft:

Round 1 – 30 - Denzel Mims, WR, Baylor.
Round 2 – 62 - Raekwon Davis, DL, Alabama.
Round 3 – 94 - Devin Duvernay, WR Texas.
Round 4 – 136 - Brandon Jones, S, Texas.
Round 5 – 175 - Saahdiq Charles, OT, LSU.
Round 6 – 192 - Charlie Taumoepeau, TE, Portland State.
Round 6 - 208 - Anfernee Jennings, EDGE, Alabama.
Round 6 - 209 - Dante Olson, ILB, Montana
Round 7 – 236 - Kindle Vildor, CB, Georgia State.
Round 7 - 242 - Cordel Iwuagwu, OT, TCU.

Go Pack Go!
